My boyfriend J, bought me these Pac-Man cookie cutters, so naturally I decided to make some.
Pac-Man cutters were purchased from: www.suck.uk.com
200g Butter
150g Caster Sugar
2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
1 Egg
300g Plain Flour
Method:
Cream the Butter and Sugar into a bowl.
Beat in the Vanilla and the Egg.
Sift the Flour into the mix.
Beat the mix until a smooth dough.
Remove from the bowl and wrap in cling film.
Chill for 40 mins.
Heat oven to 180'C/ 350'F/ Gas 4.
Dust the worktop with flour and roll the dough to roughly 3mm.
Use the cutters and place onto a lined baking tray.
Bake for 15 mins and leave to cool.
Decorate as you wish!
